Year 12 Seminar Day

Our 2022 Year 12 cohort started their year at MRC with a Seminar Day on 31 January 2022. This is a day of reflection and activities which supplement and support the RE program in Year 12.

The students began the day with a reflection and prayer service to mark their return to school. This also involved a special blessing of and presentation of the Year 12 badges to the Class of 2022. 

Throughout the day, the students spent some time on team building and ‘getting to know you’ activities as a whole group. College Wellbeing Support Worker Mr Matthew Crane worked with the group around the concept of wellbeing. The students were gifted a journal and asked to do some journaling work focusing on gratefulness, setting goals for the fututre and thinking of ways to achieve them.
