New Deputy Principal Commences

Students may have noticed a new face on campus over the past week.  We are very excited to welcome Natalie Stephenson to the College.  She is a passionate teacher who believes that “education is a privilege that we are fortunate to have access to and it is an incredible gift to educate young people, as knowledge gives them power and opportunity.” 

In her role as Deputy Principal, Natalie will lead our Learning and Teaching team.  Natalie hopes that people in our regional communities will look to Mercy Regional College and see how much our young people learn and grow through an education with us.  One of the things Natalie is most excited about is the diversity within our school and says, “there is opportunity for everyone at MRC, no matter their talents or pathway they wish to pursue; we can recognise the potential in all of our students and ensure they grow through individual learning pathways”.
